Barn wood has stood for many years so the color and patteren can be delicate when it comes to cleaning. Regular soap and water is normally the best when it comes to lumber and furniture. Harsh chemicals can damage the wood or the type of finish on the wood. Vaccuming or dusting with a soft duster is another safe way to clean barn wood such as accent walls or signs.
